DepEd Advisory on November 2017 ALS A&E Test Results

Department of Education (DepEd) on Friday has posted an advisory regarding the results of Alternative Learning System Accreditation and Equivalency (ALS A&E) Test given last November 2017.

This might give a glimmer of hope for those test takers who felt they passed but could not find their names on the list of passers.

ADVISORY (February 9, 2018) Results of the November 2O17 Accreditation and Equivalency Test

The Department of Education (DepEd), through the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA), announces the results of the Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test conducted on November 19, 2017 for Luzon cluster and on November 26, 2017 for Visayas and Mindanao clusters.

Pursuant to DepEd Order 55, s. 2016 entitled Policy Guidelines on the National Assessment of Student Learning for the K to 12 Basic Education Program, an examinee should score at least 75% to pass the test.

The individual Certificate of Rating (COR) of all test takers will be forwarded to their respective Schools Division Offices (SDOs).

Examinees with lacking documents and incomplete personal information in their answer sheets are subject for verification. Once verified, the results will be processed and the remaining CORs will be forwarded to respective SDOs.

Enclosed is the list of the A&E Test passers. The list is also available at www.deped.gov.ph. For more information, please contact the Bureau of Education Assessment—Education Assessment Division (BEA—EAD) at telephone No. (02) 631—2589 or through email address: bea.ead@deped.gov.ph.
Immediate dissemination of this Advisory is desired.

(Sgd) LORNA DIG DINO, Ph.D. Undersecretary for Curriculum and Instruction

So based on the above advisory, it is possible that some of the takers results are still under verification due to ‘lacking documents of incomplete personal information.’

If your name is not on the list of passers, don’t lose hope. Wait for your Certificate of Rating (COR) from division offices. It will be the final document to state whether you pass or fail.
