The Florete Land, Inc. is not done yet with its string of commercial hubs as it will be opening Plazuela Tres in Pavia, Iloilo.
In a recent gathering of real estate salespersons in Iloilo Convention Center, Pavia mayor Mike Gorriceta revealed the new venture of the Florete Group under the Plazuela brand in his town, which will be located at the back of Santa Monica Parish Church in Evangelista corner Leocadio Street, Pavia.
Based on the initial renderings posted online by JP Janolino Peñol, the architectural design of Plazuela Tres is done by CA Architects Designers and Builders.
It will be a 2-story structure of a mall following the Plazuela’s Spanish-Italian concept. No details yet on the lot and floor areas of the complex, and what shops will occupy it but will update this post once it is made available.
Construction of the Pavia Tres is expected to start at the last quarter of this year 2017 and will be completed after 300 working days.
