DAR Region 6 hiring project employees for SPLIT

Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) in Regional Office 6 announced that they are now hiring project employees for various vacant positions. Check below for details of each vacancy.

DAR Western Visayas posted that the hiring is for the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project. The project duration will be for 3 months but may be renewed subject to the availability of funds and performance evaluation.

Legal Officer (Legal Specialist/Lawyer) – Salary at P55,000 monthly

Applicants must be a graduate of Bachelor of Laws and with at least two years of relevant work experience. Training is not required and eligibility is RA No. 1080.

Engineer – Salary at P50,000 monthly

Applicants must be a graduate of BS Geodetic Engineering course with License, with at least 2 years of work experience on land survey, mapping, research and/or any of geodetic engineering services.

The training required is at least 16 hours related to land survey and mapping.

Verifier – Salary at P30,000 monthly

Applicants must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Geodetic Engineer, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in GIS based lands and property surveying and mapping or land administration and management system.

The training required is at least 16 hours related to cadastral systems and land development and management system. No CS eligibility is required.

Procurement Support Staff – Salary at P25,000 monthly

Applicants muust be graduates of Bachelors Degree in Management or Business Studies, Finance, Engineering, Procurement Management or related field.

At least 1 year work experience related to procurement on government and international development funded projects and at least 8 hours of relevant training are required.

Environmental and Social Safeguards (ESS) Staff – Salary at P25,000 monthly

Applicants must be graduates of Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Agriculture, Forestry, Environment Science, Environment Engineering, Development Management, Natural Resource Management, or equivalent.

With at least 2 years of experience in land tenure improvement/agrarian reform, community development, rural development projects, environmental and social impact assessments, environmental and social management planning, documentation and participatory action research, stakeholder engagement/consultation, survey, field interviews, managing and conduct of focus group discussion, training and dialogues, and working with indigenous people/communities.

At least 8 hours of training relevant to the job is required. No CS eligibility.

The accepted applicants for all of the above-mentioned positions will be assigned at DAR Regional Office VI – Western Visayas.

1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CSC Form No. 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
2. Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
3. Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/Rating/License; and
4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records.
